NEET COUNSELLING REGISTRATION PROCESS

 

1.     Registration: Visit the official website of the counseling authority responsible for NEET counseling in your state or at the national level. Create an account by providing the required details such as your NEET roll number, registration number, name, and contact information. Generate a unique user ID and password.

2.      Choice Filling and Locking: Log in to your account using the user ID and password. Fill in your preferred choices of colleges and courses based on your eligibility and preference. You can select multiple options according to your preferences. After selecting your choices, lock them to confirm your selection.

3.      Seat Allotment: The counseling authority will conduct the seat allotment process based on your rank, choices, and availability of seats. You will be allotted a seat in a college based on your merit and preference. You will receive an allotment letter indicating the college and course you have been allotted.

4.      Reporting to the Allotted College: After receiving the allotment letter, you must report to the allotted college within the specified time frame. Carry all the necessary documents such as the allotment letter, NEET admit card, result/rank card, educational certificates, identity proof, and other relevant documents as required by the counseling authority.

5.      Document Verification: At the college, your documents will be verified to ensure their authenticity and eligibility. Submit the required documents for verification and complete any additional formalities, such as paying the admission fees.

6.      Admission Confirmation: Once the document verification is completed successfully, pay the admission fees to confirm your seat. The fees may vary depending on the college and category. After payment, the college will issue an admission confirmation receipt.

7.      Joining the College: Report to the college on the designated date and complete the admission process as instructed by the institution. Attend the orientation program, complete any further formalities, and start your academic journey.
